This strategy is a robust crossover system designed for all timeframes, with a focus on H1. It uses EMA crossovers to identify the trend direction, while using Stochastic and RSI as filters to ensure the market is not overextended before entering.

1. Indicator Setup

Apply the following indicators to your chart:

  • Moving Averages: EMA 5 (Fast) and EMA 10 (Slow).
  • Stochastic: 14, 3, 3.
  • RSI: Period 14 (Levels 30, 50, 70).

2. Long Entry (Buy) Rules

  1. Crossover: EMA 5 crosses EMA 10 from bottom to top.
  2. Stochastic: Lines are directed upwards but are NOT in the overbought zone (above 80).
  3. RSI: The indicator is above 50.

3. Short Entry (Sell) Rules

  1. Crossover: EMA 5 crosses EMA 10 from top to bottom.
  2. Stochastic: Lines are directed downwards but are NOT in the oversold zone (below 20).
  3. RSI: The indicator is below 50.

Exit Strategy

Close your position when:

  • Reversal: The EMAs cross back in the opposite direction.
  • RSI Signal: The RSI line crosses back through the key level (50) against your trade.
