This is a fast-paced impulse scalping strategy designed to capture short-term trends on the M1 and M5 timeframes. It combines the trend-following Parabolic SAR with the Commodity Channel Index (CCI) to identify high-momentum entry points.

1. Indicator Setup

Configure your chart with the following settings:

  • Trend Filter: EMA 50 (for M1) or EMA 21 (for M5).
  • Momentum: CCI (Period 45).
  • Signal: Parabolic SAR (Step 0.02, Max 0.2).

2. Long Entry (Buy) Rules

  1. Trend: The Parabolic SAR dot appears above the EMA line.
  2. Momentum: The CCI indicator value is above +100.

3. Short Entry (Sell) Rules

  1. Trend: The Parabolic SAR dot appears below the EMA line.
  2. Momentum: The CCI indicator value is below -100.

Trade Management

  • Stop Loss: Place at the level of the EMA line.
  • Take Profit: 7-12 points (EURUSD), 7-15 points (GBPUSD), 5-8 points (AUDUSD).
