1. Indicator Setup

Configure your chart with these specific settings:

  • Moving Averages: EMA 5 (Fast) and EMA 10 (Slow).
  • Stochastic: 14, 3, 3.
  • RSI: Period 14 (Levels 30, 50, 70).

2. Long Entry (Buy) Rules

  1. Trend: The EMA 5 crosses the EMA 10 from bottom to top.
  2. Stochastic: Lines are directed upwards and are not in the overbought zone (above 80).
  3. RSI: The line is above the 50 mark.

3. Short Entry (Sell) Rules

  1. Trend: The EMA 5 crosses the EMA 10 from top to bottom.
  2. Stochastic: Lines are headed down and are not in the oversold zone.
  3. RSI: The line is below the 50 mark.

Trade Management

  • Stop Loss: Place at the level of the previous local Low (Buy) or High (Sell).
  • Take Profit (Buy): Close when Stochastic rises above 70.
  • Take Profit (Sell): Close when Stochastic falls below 30.
